It provides an advisory function for the Executive Committee, in particular to consider the challenges facing the 主播大秀 from the perspective of younger audiences.
The committee meets each month (excluding August) and twice a year meets with the 主播大秀 Board. The committee is sponsored by a member of the Executive Committee.
Members are selected from across the 主播大秀 following an open selection process. Membership is usually for 12 months.
