I was inspired by the Mexican film El Crimen del Padre Amaro. I incorporated the idea of seduction into the design, with the open front but with flames and dark layers to show a woman full of fire. For the bodice I chose green to show it as a neutral republic. The sandy white sash is in the shape of Mexico.
