My inspiration came from watching a music video by my favourite band and the colours I chose are very hot colours and make it look like a summer dress. The top bit I designed for some of my textiles homework on a recycling project and the red bit at the top is some recycled fishnet. The bottom half is just like a normal dress. Then I thought it needed some more fishnet to match the top, so I drew it as I pulled a bit of the dress up and pinned it to the red belt. Under there I have some more red material and more fishnet. The hat is just like a straw hat that my sister has for school and it has an orange peacock feather sticking out of it.
