Upon hearing the name 1.wo/man, I thought about identity and symbolic representations. I also thought about women and men being opposites, in which I used contrasting colours - red and blue, to reflect this idea. I was also inspired by the use of geometric shapes across the moodboards and the sense of masculinity depicted. To reiterate this, I adopted the use of triangles and sharp edges, overlapping to recreate a busy, urban atmosphere. In an attempt to reflect a feminine charm, I intertwined soft circular patterns in between the brick texture, which also shows a possible contrast between both sexes.
