Entry to the Portrait Design Competition by Michael who attended a FREE Blast on Tour workshop in Colchester. This design is for El Policia. Michael says: I chose this band because they like rock music and so do I. They said in the information that they like dark, deep and mysterious colours. I drew the question mark because they liked mysterious colours so I put the question mark in black so it was deep and dark I also did the background in the same way but in white. I put the bands name on the arm so it looked like a rock style tattoo.
