Title: Rizzle Kicks Album Cover

I chose Rizzle Kicks because they are the same age as me and their music is my favourite kind, mainly rap, so I had a keen interest in them. My design shows Rizzle Kicks’ cheek, as a lot of their songs are funny, and my design tries to emulate that. The use of a stage is also similar to Eminem, who is a very successful rap artist and his covers show that, so I chose a similar style for my Rizzle Kicks cover, ad it shows that all eyes are on them. I chose to do my CD cover as a college as I was inspired by the album artwork that Peter Blake produced, and I liked the effect of an obvious cut-out look, then the idea just came from that really. I have used a portrait of Rizzle Kicks as the centrepiece of the cover; I cut them out by hand and created a stage atmosphere by adding curtains and a microphone, also cut-out by hand, I played around with the size of the portrait to get them the main attention, without making them too big.
