Differences is fun, too. The pay-off's very nice.
Just a teeny tiny point - you're still reading quite fast. Work of this intricacy needs to be savoured. Slow it downa tad - enjoy the ride. I know I will.

I read out No the previous night as a matter of fact - as I had alluded to - and Douglas Adams was brought up then, too. That I was compared to him made me swell with pride, as it did just then, too. I wuv Douglas Adams; curse him being dead.
And slow down, eh? I shall do my best. You ever heard of a song called 'You Suffer'? The mention of speed reminded me of it...and if you know the song you'd know why, hur hur hur.

Haha, oh that is brilliant, why would anyone go anywhere without chips? I love that, the descriptions are great too, the eating arena was very easy to imagine, I so want to see it as a cartoon or as an illustration, or in a big book filled with all your marvellous stories. One day Eotb will review your collection of shorts (stories). It is a bit fast and you really have to concentrate what's being said, which is a shame because you're wonderful booming voice and your attention to funny detail is superb, I don't want to miss any of it. Is this posted on the boards? No chips was my favourite out of the two.
