Title: The bullet and gun

by Mina from London | in writing, poetry

Alone in a dark room,
she has run out of ways.
She has no-one to turn to,
for the end of her days.

She's crying and scared,
but she IS going to do this.
Ths world's just too cruel,
for her one last wish.

No-one will notice,
if she just lips away.
With a gun in her hand,
nothing more to say.

The suffering ends tonight,
the loneliness stops now.
The fight is over,
with one single pow.

On the floor she lies,
not a breath she takes.
A gun in her hand,
and blood running down her face.

An unsuspecting mother,
comes to tell her daughter goodnight.
But she hears a gun shot,
and is frozen with fright.

She runs down the hall,
horror clenching her heart.
She slams open the door,
and stops as she starts.

Her only daughter,
dead on the floor.
Her face tells no tale,
but her note tells more.

With no-one to turn to,
the poor girl lost her mind.
Alone and scared,
she took her own life.

A mother left heartbroken,
and an only daughter dead.
Her pain never spoken,
but the deed good and done.
A lonely girl left in a dark room,
with a bullet and gun.
