Title: Bully

by Kate from East Yorkshire | in writing, poetry

He Was The Prey of A Bully,
Everybody Could See
But Why Was It Just Me
Who Asked Him Who it Was,
But He Stayed Quiet So I Let It Be.

The Problem Is They Take The Unhappy
They Make It Worse when they're down
But first they build them up a bit
So it Hurts More To Go Down

School Days Are Supposed To Be Happy Ones,
People Often Say
But All I Have is Worry Going Around My Head
What Will They Do To Me Today ?
What Will They Say ?
Sometimes I Feel so Sad,
I Do Try To Run Away
So I'll just keep on running,
And Try To Stay out of Their Way,
Maybe I'll Have The Courage ,
To Ask for Help One Day

I wrote This So That You Could All Feel,
What The effects of bullying can do,
And to remind you that this Could Have Been You.

At School there was a competition to make a poem about bullying, so I decided to enter it. I'm not really into writing or anything, I prefer sports, but I was happy with myself for making this poem so I thought I would show you lot. Hope you enjoy it.
