Title: Silent tears

by Maimoona from Worcestershire | in writing, poetry

I cry silent tears,
So no one can see them,
No one can hear them,
No one can feel them,
Apart from me.

I don't want these tears to be seen,
The sympathy people give,
Because they see a girl cry,
I don't need no one's sympathy,
Just because I cry,
Doesn't mean I'm special,
It's just a tear in my eye.

No one can hear the tears,
Trickling down my cheek,
When they fall from my eyes,
It's like a stream flowing deep,
They fall one by one,
At a speed that can't be beat,
Only I can hear them,
Not a single soul can hear,
My pain and my grief.

No one can feel the tears,
Because they are mine and only mine,
Only I can feel what I cry,
There are my tears those are so silent in my eyes,
I cry all the time but no one can see the silent tears in my eyes.

No one can feel the tears that I cry,
No one can feel the emotion in my heart,
No one can see the silent tears that I weep,
No one can hear the stream that rolls beneath.

The silent tears,
Are so silent in the dark,
Because no one can see them,
No one can feel them,
No one can hear them,
The silent tears that I cry.

I was on this site and it was raining outside, as each raindrop fell they reminded me of tears, so I decided to write this.
