Title: Allister leaves when the girl says to stay

by Sophie from Dorset | in writing, poetry

All the time I wasted
Thinking about yesterday
I never even noticed
That we were past our heyday
I didn't think about tomorrow
Or the path we were going down
Or the crease between your eyebrows
A single, subtle frown
Don't ever get too far from me
I don't want to have to see you leave
Again

Yes, it has an odd title. That's because it doesn't really have one, but I used this poem in my attempt at a book. The title really says it all.
