Title: Ebony Black

by Sophie from Dorset | in writing, poetry

I can't believe that we're falling apart,
I've got brand new stitches all over my heart;
Ebony Black,
Has got my back;
I'm falling back into her arms.

She'll save me from harm,
She'll save me from harm.

Hold me tighter and don't let me go,
Hide all our secrets and don't let them know;
Ebony Black,
Thinks you're a hack,
And sometimes I think that she's right.

You'll find out tonight,
You'll find out tonight.

Why can't I see that we're falling apart?
How'd I get these stitches all over my heart?
Ebony Black,
What do we lack?
Just let us feel save in your arms.

Although a poem, these words - which came to me out of nowhere - could easily be the lyrics to a somewhat fast-paced song. I have a tune!
