Title: Falling Emotions

by Nessa | in writing, poetry

Pain,
Tears seeping through caverness eyes,
A parasite, clinging onto an aching heart, feeding
Friendship,
Like water, slipping away through grasping hands,
Through the sands of time forever lost
Guilt:
A weight on sagging shoulders,
Dragging me down,
Losing all hope of rising,
Down, down, down,
Deeper, Further
Down into the dark depths of the sea of anguish and regret
Sinking into the thrashing waves of hurt and betrayal
Never Again
