Title: That Life

by Hennah from Scotland | in writing, poetry

I remember what that life used to be like, Happy, cheerful, full of laughter and love.
Now that same life is full of sorrow, now that same life is just memories.
Memories that I will remember and conversations I will forget.
And then one day I will remember the same conversation as if it only happened moments ago.
But eventually the reality of this life will come back.
And that life will fade away.
But I will always remember how good it was, even as the memories weaken.
Even then I will remember that life.
You know the one that was Happy, cheerful, full of laughter and love.
Yes that one.
