Title: Fight for friendship

Tim is in a secluded hospital bed and Alex is sitting next to him with an occasional beep of the heart monitor.
Alex: You OK Tim? Can you hear me?
Alex waves to Tom and peers into his face.
Tim: Huh....?
Alex: You're in hospital. You saved my life!
Tim: Huh....?
Alex: These kids were picking on me and you sorted them out. But'
Tim: What's wrong with me?
Tim looks down at his body to check himself out.
Alex: They hurt you a lot but they won't get away with it.
He doesn't see any injuries but his legs and head hurt.
Tim: What actually happened?
Tim's fists clench
Alex: I know where they live.
Tim: Just tell me!
With growing intensity.
Alex: Tell you what?
He wanders what Tim was talking about.
Tim: What happened?
Tim starts to get really annoyed and very uptight trying to think back to see if he could remember anything.
Alex: I can't believe they would think about doing that. You are my best mate. I can't let this happen to you!
Tim: What are you talking about?
Alex: You were sticking up for me and this is what you get for bravery!
This short story is about a boy who was sticking up for Alex but unfortunately got attacked and Alex feels it unfair that all he was doing was protecting him and he got attacked.
