Title: School

by Nadia | in writing, poetry

At school they taught us lots of stuff
But I don't think we learnt enough
They never taught us how to deal
With things that are actually real
Like how to deal with the despair
Of a broken heart beyond repair
A severe case of unrequited love
A bad love life or lack thereof
They taught us many a stupid thing
But not of the pain that love can bring

inspired by school, and how they teach us mostly stupid stuff that we'll never need
