Title: Substance

by MadMadamMo from North Yorkshire | in writing, poetry, confessional

Smears of red, purple dribble down cold surfaces.
Through musky panes blood orange swirls of stratus curls.
Faded leather dangles from wooden beams.
Grey scuffed board bellow: the floor.
Bitty yellows tangle in the light.
Glass bottle greens dance the ceilings.
Harsh blacks hang like borders to the delicate pinks.
Sweet bulds of gold sway from hooks.
Bubbling blues dissapear into a white whimsical wall.
Beauty or a mess?
A chaos of colour, a scribble of structure - is my full empty space.
