Title: The Sillyness of Love

by FreeSpirit from Worcestershire | in writing, fiction, characters

Every day I come to school
Larking around, acting the fool
People mock and laugh at me
But I’m as happy as can be

Lately someone caught my eye
Slim build and nearly 6ft high
Bird like face with brownish hair
His hands riddled with an artistic flare

He’s handsome all the way though
Cheers me up when I’m feeling blue.
His clan of girls swoon and sigh,
Feeling faint, their temperature high

His best friend Pete, in which can confide,
They stand together, side by side.
I look at Jamie with a smile on my face
Laughing, he looks. Thinking I’m a nutcase!
