Thank you for all your help. I cooked my whole chicken yesterday and had the first lot of meat from it last night. I bought some pasta (30p) and made a sauce from tinned tomatoes, half an onion and a few mushrooms. I added my chicken to this and it was a very tasty meal.

It wasn鈥檛 the first time I鈥檇 met the Knight of the Realm. It wasn鈥檛 the first opportunity I鈥檇 had to drag the man who has inflicted a lot of misery on me over the coals. But it was the first time that I鈥檇 interviewed him. Like times gone by, I鈥檇 have to put personal feelings on the back burner as a staunch Liverpool fan, be professional, and enjoy the company of the most successful manager in British history.

On last Thursday鈥檚 Your Call (16th Feb) a heated debate began over how much it costs to live on healthy meals. Each of them is facing different barriers to finding work, but all are determined to find ways to change their lives for the better.
5 live will be following their journeys from February to听May - both on听Drive and on this blog - and hearing the challenges they face in securing jobs or setting up their own businesses.
They'll be introduced to their own 'mentors' who'll try and inspire them,听and challenged to create a manifesto to improve the employment chances for their generation.

5 live鈥檚 weekly audience stands at 6.23 million 鈥 virtually unchanged on the 6.24 million of last quarter. Our share of listening has risen slightly to 4.3%.
Year on year there鈥檚 a significant drop from what was a record-breaking time for us when for the first and only time in our history we had more than 7 million listeners a week.
