Your Boyz Ace & Vis hooked up with Flo Rida who has currently got the fastest downloaded track of all time. Now thats a big achevement. Is it bad that I was more impressed that Flo Rida used to be The 2 Live Crews hype man. I wonder if Uncle luke still has them pool parties?? I werent allowed to watch 2live crew videos in my house growing up Hope I dont get introuble with Mum for this interview.

So when we were 17 our daily routines included, eating chicken, playing football, dissing eachother and chatting to girls on the back of the bus. Not touring the world, not selling 3million records or having the biggest ever digital download so you can imagine we had alot to talk to US teen sensation Soulja boy about. So Ne-yo was arrested this week. Police pulled Ne-Yo over after they caught him driving over 100 mph in his 2006 Range Rover. He was arrested for reckless driving and for not having a valid license.

Okay so that was bad. Your wrong Ne-yo!

But after seeing Ne-yo's mugshot whats even more wrong is his Hairline. It goes so far back it stated last week. Dam I thought my hairline was bad.

Okay so I've had many an argument with people about this film. Half of the people I come in contact with say it was good and the other half agree with me......IT WAS PANTS!! Let's settle this right now. Please use the comment section to vote.

Cloverfield Good or Bad?? Holla!!

So I've arrived back in Ghana for the final of the Africa Cup of Nations. No problems with the flight this time, no crashed planes at Heathrow! So as I arrived the semi finals were taking place and even at the airport the whole vibe had changed. Ghana got knocked out by Cameroon!!! So many people who had been dancing in the street were looking depressed and one guy even said he doesn't like football he loves Ghana. Apparently a Grandfather has offered his Grandaughter to Jnr Agogo (Ghana striker) because he scored against Nigeria!! Wow. This morning I went to visit the program which uses football and coaching to help educate children about AIDS and HIV. What an eye opener. These kids have a knowledge-level way beyond that of kids in the U.K when it comes to sexual health and the project helps to dispel many myths that surround AIDS sufferers. Because football is almost religion in Ghana this really does help get the message across about safe sex and the dangers of needle sharing. As well as this education, the kids are getting expert F.A. level coaching and we may well have seen the next Essien this afternoon. Fingers crossed!! So we still have two matches to go in the Cup of Nations. The 3rd place play off and now the Cameroon / Egypt final, which is set up nicely. Eto'o and Cameroon feel they have something to prove against the 5-time winners and all the West African fans are uniting behind them. Likewise all the North Africans are backing The Pharoahs who would obviously like to be the undisputed African champions. It's nearly here and we shall soon know the best national team in Africa...... T is out like Ghana. Peace.

Akwaba (welcome) once again to my Ghanaian adventure.

On Monday I took another 4 hour road trip to Kumasi, the football capital of Ghana and home to the top team in the land, Ashanti Kotoko. I met up with fans from both teams who were all hyped and expecting a good performance from Egypt who hosted the cup 2006 and are the current champions vs their opponents Angola who are the 2010 Africa Cup hosts.

I got great seats - second tier, bang on the half line. Egypt won 2-1 but Angola did themselves proud with the best goal I have seen so far in the tournament scored by Manchester United-bound Manucho. Egypt go on to face Ivory Coast in the semis.
On the the long and dark journey back I kept myself occupied by listening to the Tunisia vs Cameroon match on radio which took place in Tamale. Cameroon won 3-2 after extra time and will meet the hosts Ghana in the semis.

On Wednesday night from midnight til 2am we recorded DNA (DestiNation Africa), at an intimate local open air pub. We had friends, local celebrities and some punters in the audience. Check out the show and all the pictures from the show online bbc.co.uk/1xtra. We spoke to the legendary Reggie Rockstone who invented Hip-Life, one of the most popular music genres in Ghana. We also talked to the biggest artist in Ghana right now, Batman Samini who gave us an insight into his career and linked up with DJ Black a popular and influencial DJ in Ghana. After the show came the afterparty where we treated the audience to music in the mix from Bob Marley to Sean Paul, 2Face to AC-DC which went on later into the night, courtesy of your boy brup brup.

The next day we went down to the Black Stars team hotel where we caught up with Essien and shared some jokes, spotted Jnr Ogogo getting his hair cut as well as Muntari, check the pictures check the pictures online. The top scorer at the Africa gets a bike which was on display at the hotel - you know I had to jump on it check the pictures as well.

Later that night we went down to one of the local stations () where I linked up with local DJs Kwabena and former guest on the show Kweku Ananse. I threw down some mashups live on air that went down quite well.

Today I'm happy coz im going to the Ghana vs Cameroon semi-final game but also gutted coz i have to leave for the UK straight after the match. I've loved it out here and am coming back for sure. Ace & Treble T take over from here on out - good luck to all...

I think it's genius!

Akwaba (welcome) again, it's DJ Edu in Ghana, taking over Ace & Vis' blog with some more from the Africa Cup of Nations.

My flight from London this time left in good time and I even got some good leg room so can't complain. Arrived in Accra and our guide Alex was there to pick us up. On the way to the hotel he shared some news about t-shirts that were selling like hot cakes in the capital that said Ghana 2 Nigeria 0 on them, confidence was running high around here.

After hours on a plane I didn't feel like going to bed just yet so I took a quick shower and got ready to sample the night life in Accra. We went to a couple of spots in Accra where DJs threw down a mix of hip-life (popular local music), dancehall, r&b, hip hop and Nigerian music. The big song out here right now is See Me So by Nigerian artist 2face, a former guest on DNA and also a Mobo and MTV award winner. After soaking up the atmosphere we hit the road again, this time to a spot called Vanity, a night club downstairs and pool hall upstairs. Opted to shoot some pool and there was that song again "See Me So" by 2face - this song played everywhere. Called it a night at around 3am.

The next day was D-day - Ghana vs Nigeria. Think Arsenal vsTottenham, Manchester United vs Liverpool, England vs Germany. I'm talking a big history of rivalry. We made our way to the stadium in Accra three hours before kick-off. The whole city was football crazy - people in their national colours everywhere waving flags, blowing horns, whistles and a very annoying horn that sounded like a baby crying. They were not leaving anything to chance - the Ghanaians even had a witchdoctor on the pitch.

There were a couple of soundsystems outside the stadium and the party had begun early for some of the fans who were already clubbing away. For this match there was a dedicated fan zone close to the ground with two big screen and a massive sound rig so that fans outside the stadium could enjoy the game too.

We made it into the actual stadium about 2 hours before kick-off and boy there were enough people in the stadium already singing and dancing. There were a few Nigerians in the crowd but the vast majority of the fans were from the host nation. Just when you thought the noise couldn't get any louder the place erupted into hysteria as the likes of Muntari, Essien, Agogo, Kingston and the rest of the Ghanaian team came out to warm up. It was so loud they had to do a lap of honour just for the supporters.

Kick-off was approaching, the teams were out and we decided to sit with the Ghanaian fans just above the Nigerian fans. The noise overshadowed the P.A system when Ghana took to the field but after about 34 minutes with Ghana dominating it subsided after a Yakubu penalty which was celebrated by the Nigerian players with the dance that is usually done by the Ghanaian players when they score a goal (cheeky). I spoke to a couple of Ghanaian fans and every one had a different name for the dance some called it The Snake, some The Duck even The Kangaroo but one thing was sure, the dance was brought about by the Ghanaian team and is done to celebrate goals, one of which was soon to come through a quick free kick and a glancing header from Essien and suddenly the Black Stars were level just before the end of the first half. The crowd went into a frenzy and celebrated the goal right through half time.

The Ghanaian dance was to be seen again in the last few minutes of the match when Junior Agogo hit the back of the net. What a way to win a match! By this point the crowd was in ecstacy - people jumping up and down, throwing water from their water bottles creating a mild rain effect. I was soaked and so were the majority of the people in the stadium. It has to be the most amazing football game I have ever been to - it had everything. The crowds stayed on to celebrate and eventually the police had to force the remaining ones out. The carnival atmosphere outside the ground then kicked off. Booming sound systems, car stereos, horns, whistles, cars hooting, people just shouting and chanting, Ghanaian black stars everywhere - it must have felt like winning the final after beating their bitter rivals.

The next day's (today's) press had all the big Ghana headlines but one that caught my eye was
"Is God On Ghana's side or Is God a Ghanian?"
