We had to find out what it was like being at the forefront of a scene from the Midlands but being from London. Was very excited when I was told we were interviewing one of my childhood heroes Stone cold Steve Austin. Memories of trying to stone cold stun my friends in the playground came flooding back. For a big scary dude we got quite alot out of him. So listen again to find out:

As "1Xtra live" gets closer and closer I鈥檓 finding it hard to control my excitement. Without a doubt this will be the biggest black music event of the year. We had the privilege of interviewing one of the artists on the line up yesterday. The very elusive but super talented Wiley Aka Eski Boy. Of course we had to speak about Wiley鈥檚 latest hit 鈥淲earing my Rolex鈥� which we predict will go top ten. But it had been a while since we had all last caught up so there was a lot issues that needed to be cleared up by the man himself, such as

As you may already know ace and I are currently working with 鈥測our game鈥�. I had the chance to link up with former premiership footballer Jamie Lawrence in my home town of south London. Check out what he and his trainees鈥� get up to at the Jamie Lawrence academy for students that been excluded from there first schools and now attend Nightingale school.

1xtra is teaming up with Your Game. Your game is a 主播大秀 project for young people, aged 16 to 25, all over the Uk and gives them a chance to get involved in football, music and the media. Ten Your Game festivals of football and music will take place across England between March and May.Over 3000 people will take part in a nation street football tournament. I totally understand that in the current climate of the music industry reality TV shows are helping to thrust your average celebrity into a new bigger type of stardom but surely Mario has chosen the wrong show?? Mario is multi platinum R&B star so we already know he can dance. Doing this show aint gonna expose a side of him we dont know. It actually might hurt his career especially if he continues taking pictures like this
