Its been along time coming but i finally went down to "Always Recording" which is the recording home of some of the UK`s top Mc`s including Wretch 32, Chipmunk, Scorcher and Double S to name a few.
Wretch 32 and Scorcher was putting the finishing touches on there forth coming solo albums, but as usual there is always time to take a few photos lol.
Whilst working on there solo albums Scorcher and Wretch spontaneously decided to recorded a couple of freestyles for my new mixtape.

So the man of the moment T-pain left us hanging on Tuesday by arriving late for his interview on our show. But in true trouble maker fashion we put him through a full interrogation and demanded an explanation for his lateness.
So we found out yesterday that Media mogul P Diddy waxes his private parts. He said in a recent interview
"While I'm getting ready I like to relax with a drink - vodka and lemonade - and listen to some James Brown.
Then I'll have a manicure and pedicure - and yes, I wax as well. Men owe it to women to make sure they are well-groomed."
He added: "I wax my privates. I also wear my fragrance, Unforgivable Black."
After hearing this we decided to phone a local beauty salon to try and get appointments for ourselves.
WE NEED SUGAR!! alot of the presenters you listen to on a daily rely on the sugar and E numbers from choclate, sweets, crisps and fizzy drinks found in the Radio1/1xtra vending machine. It provides a injection of hyperness that makes some very entertaining radio.

The theory goes walking over two drains/ manhole covers is lucky, whereas three is bad luck. Bad luck can be ousted by walking over a solitary one. What better day to put this theory to the test then FRIDAY the13th. We put our brave faces on and casually bopped over three drains and asked, what's the worst that can happen?

After receiving a text from a 1xtra listener about McDonald's not having a delivery service, we went to war via phone calls on behalf the consumers to get products and food that we pay for delivered to us. Just call it the Ace and Vis human rights campaign.....TAKE A LISTEN
I`ve got to start off by saying that this holiday was up there with the best of them, that includes my adventures in Japan and Brazil. Everything from chilling on ocean drive, causing havoc in the Delano and the Shore Club daily, and turning it out in club land EVERY night for 8 days straight was mad fun (As you can imagine). Keep in mind these pictures iv posted were only taken over the course of one days. As the rest of the time I was in no fit state to take any photos. However all is not lost as I still have my friend's cameras to go through, and I am sure ill find some interesting photos to post for you. Stay tuned.

Sure some of you may have realized myself and Vis were not on air this week. We had a well deserved week off. So last week I flew out to Orlando Flordia for a family holiday. I hit all the usual tourists attractions: Disney World, Seaworld and whilst out in Universal studios I bumped into Dora. We spoke about our differences, she cleared up a few of my concerns and now we are best of friends.
Okay so the real reason we squashed it is because shes a 6ft tall 23 stone 6 year old and I was kinda intimidated.
