Dominic is doing Newsbeat at lunchtime and then he has a Dragon's Den meeting
Carrie is going to see her sister today, so shopping and lunch!
Aled is sorting out the next show outside broadcast (more details on Wednesday) and then going to a magazine party this evening.
Chris is today going home for a well earned sleep - he's then going to watch Tonight With Jonathan Ross (as he's on it)
Dave has his sister and niece coming around today (they're not the same person) - they're then having some Chinese food this evening.
Carrie is seeing Major Tom tonight and belatedly celebrating his birthday which was on Wednesday
Rachel will be comencing the birthday celebration which will last most of the weekend - (it's on Sunday)
Dom is picking his car up from the garage after it failed it's MOT and then going to some friends for something to eat.
Aled has a busy one... having a leaving pizza night in for his flatmate (who's moving in with Producer Joce), tomorrow he's shopping with his mates then Sunday he's studying up for for the Surgery which this week is a special about Cancer.
Chris - has a script meeting for his TV show, then he's going for a run and tonight he's off to the pub
Dave - it's bin day today, then he might go for a run and he also has to pay the gas bill
Dom - has to rake the allotment as there are a lot of weeds sprouting on his patch - it's truly back-breaking work
Carrie - is staying at home between 12 and 4 to wait for a man to come and sort out her broken intercom system. She'll be watching The Apprentice tonight
Aled - is on a secret mission today
Rach - is going for lunch with her friend Sophie from Comic Relief, then she's going for a run, and tonight she might be going to meditation with Dana (dependent on white wine consumption)
Chris is taking the girlfriend out to lunch, they're going shopping and then Chris is cooking dinner
Dave says that today is gymnasium Monday (the first we believe - Dave disagrees) (there is also a gymnasium Thursday)
Rachel is going to get her eylashes tinted she's then visiting her friend Dana to do the Davina DVD workout
Dom is playing Florence Nightingale this week as his family isn't well.
Carrie is going to have a sleep, a bit of tidyup and then some form of exercise - depending on the weather.
Aled is hoping to book his holiday for their forthcoming holiday!
Chris is first recording the podcast, he's then heading home and should be meeting Vernon Kay (but who knows if that will happen), Chris will also be having a run to try and work off the 1/2 stone he seems to have added overnight!

Chris - has a script meeting for his new TV show - as it's a quiz that he takes part in, he's not supposed to know all the answers, so they leave certain questions out
Dave - doesn't have a script meeting today, so instead will be playing Florence Nightingale to his sick wife Jayne. Dave is also battling manfluenza
Dom - is presenting the lunchtime Newsbeat which is being edited by Rod McKenzie and then has a meeting about Dragon's Den later this afternoon
Rach - is going for another run in the forest today after the success of it yesterday, as she wants to continue to "look well"
Carrie - is going to see her friend Melissa and her baby Will and then is going to a see 'The Boat That Rocked' tonight - we've got Nick Frost and Gemma Arterton coming on the show on Friday
Aled - is off sick
If you missed this morning's show, we were joined by the amazing Snow Patrol and N-Dubz to launch Radio 1's Big Weekend in Swindon.
It was a lot of fun, but not nearly as fun as the journey back to our hotel...in a police van!

Chris - will be appearing on 'This Morning' with Phillip and Fearne, then he'll be going off to do secret things that everyone will know about apart from Dom. We know he will be reading this so, this afternoon Chris will be.........................

Dom - will be filming the Odd Box today. Then he will be spending the rest of the afternoon trying to find out what Chris is doing. This evening he will be watching the Red Nose Climb documentary on Ö÷²¥´óÐã1
Carrie - eill be going to pick up a Shaun the Sheep foot stool that she bought for somebody. This evening she will be watching the Red Nose Climb documentary - that's 8pm on Ö÷²¥´óÐã1 folks
Aled - will be going to the gym with his trainer to try and look as good as Rachel and will then be watching the Red Nose Climb documentary, and The Apprentice at 9. Then he will sleep.
Rachel - is back in the office from Kili and will be processing her expenses
Chris - will be catching up on work stuff. He has a meeting about his new TV show and will be sleeping at some point. He will also call Dom to find out about his new carpet
Dave - will be chilling. It's bin day and today it's garden waste! He will be going to the local skip to dispose of his organic rubbish
Dom - will be having his new carpet fitted. He's done the spare room and is now doing his bedroom...
Carrie - will be shopping and cooking salmon tagliatelli this evening
Aled - will be going to the playlist meeting and then sleeping. This evening he will be cooking couscous, beans and turkey

Vernon - is going home, having a kip, and then is going on a rowing machine. Later on, he'll be battling an unknown celebrity in Beat The Celeb.
Dave - is not going home, and not going on a rowing machine, but he might have a kip
Carrie - is going to ask permission from her husband to sleep over at Vernon's, then she'll be learning trapeze and walking on a tightrope in a circus
Aled - is also going to the circus to learn trapeze and tight rope walking
Dom - is paying the remaining deposit on a new carpet this afternoon
