Here's a video blog from the guys out in Uganda:

It's amazing to say it's the end of Day 1 because we've crammed so much in that it feels like we've been here for days already!

First up, as I write this Chris hasn't arrived yet. He arrived late Sunday night.

Instead I tagged along as Gary, Fearne, Ben and Kimberley went to see what 200,000 packs of mosquito nets look like! And this was only a third of what they've been able to raise after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Feb!

Vernon - it's a bit of a nothing day today - he's got paper work to sort and he'll also be pottering about the house

Dave - should really take some cardboard to the tip, but he can't really be bothered as it's so wet outside

Dom - is taking his son Fin swimming

Rachel - is getting her eyelashes tinted (blue/black in case you're wondering)

Carrie - is away today but will be back tomorrow

To a lesser extent Matt Fincham - is day producing so will be planning some amazing features for tomorrow's show

Chris is recording a tv show tonight, he's recording a tv show tomorrow, he's then flying to Uganda on Sunday and is looking forward to hearing a positive score for the Leeds football game when he arrives
Dave will be shaking hands with the weekend by going to Skegness Butlins DJing
Dom will be going to his cousin's wedding tomorrow where they're getting married. He'll then watch Liverpool beat Everton on the Sunday
Carrie is goign to the tennis at the O2 tonight, she's then going to a child's first birthday party tomorrow and then on Sunday watch Chelsea beat Arsenal at the Emirates.
Rachel has got a busy day of work, she's then going to the gym and watching Chris' tv show being recorded.
Aled is finishing his health and safety document before shopping for anti-malaria tablets. He'll then be flying to Uganda tomorrow!

Chris - has a script meeting for the Quiz Night, which he's recording at the weekend, then later on he might be going shopping with Aled for linen trousers, waterproof jackets and Gavin and Stacey DVDs

Dave - has another virtual script meeting with Roy Walker and then he's going out for dinner with his beloved wife (it's not a curry)

Dom - is presenting the Oddbox today and then he's watching Gavin and Stacey tonight

Carrie - is going to see her friend and her little boy and then she's watching Gavin and Stacey tonight

Aled - is stressing today as he has so much to do before going to Uganda this weekend; he has to record something for playlist, go shopping with Chris and see his trainer

Rachel - is at a very important meeting morning this morning at Television Centre, then at lunchtime she'll be going to Yoga

Chris - is recording some bits after today's show, then he's going home for a run; he then has a script meeting for his TV show and then he's recording Alan Carr: Chatty Man which will be on TV tomorrow night

Dave - has a virtual script meeting with Roy Walker

Rachel - has lots of work to be getting on with; she's staying in tonight as it was a late one yesterday

Carrie - will be stitching up her jeans (see below), then sleeping this afternoon before going to yoga tonight

Aled - will be going clothes shopping ahead of Uganda, then attending playlist and then picking up Chris' malaria tablets

Dom - is recording an interview with a man who looks after dogs which will be broadcast on the show next week, and then he'll be writing the Oddbox

Chris - is going to the gym this morning and then hopefully watching Star Trek this afternoon as a treat

Dave - is going to the gym and then for a sleep*

Dom - is joining a gym so that he's not the fattest member of the team

Carrie - has to do some washing, then she's having a sleep and then she's catching up on Flash Forward

Aled - is filming his plugger appointments this morning as part of Radio 1's 'openess' week

Rachel - is going to lunch with her friend Charlotte then she's going to the Student Radio Awards this evening

Today Chris is going home to sort out a few bits and bobs. He's then going for a run and then preparing for tomorrow's video shoot, Peter Kay and watching tonight's Children In Need show which he hosted

Dave is going home to look at the pictures in Peter Kay's book and then ironing a shirt for another wedding

Dom has a combination of Odd Box, buying a manbag and watching Children In Need concert

Carrie is going to interview Jenson Button and then watching the Children In Need concert tonight on Ö÷²¥´óÐã1

Rachel will be going to yoga at lunchtime with Matt and then celebrating the 5 years of knowing her husband.

Aled has a few meetings, he's then going to the gym and then he'll be chatting online as part of Radio 1's Bullyproof week!

Chris - has a nice relaxing day ahead of him, catching up on Entourage, Spooks and then playing some Call Of Duty. He might also cook beef chocolate and chilli sauce after yesterday's successful recipe

Dave - will be catching up with some assorted jobs and then he's going out to lunch with Tulisa from N-Dubz*

Carrie - will catch up on some sleep and then has pregnant yoga tonight

Rachel - has a day full of high-powered meetings, then she has dinner with her friends Dana and Rachel tonight

Aled - on the day that all he wants to do is sleep, he will be filming playlist, and then going for a leaving meal this evening

Dom - is buying a manbag today - it might be stressed leather

* this might not actually be happening

Chris - is going to the gym to meet his trainer as it's weigh-in day today. This afternoon, if he has the energy, he may buy some ingredients to cook something nice tonight

Dave - is going to the tip

Carrie - is going to meet her friend Lottie for lunch and then go for a walk

Aled - is taking part in a quiz TV show about rugby in Cardiff

Dom - is doing general bits and bobs

Rachel - has got pilates tonight!

Chris - is off to film his TV show (which features Radio 1's Fearne Cotton tonight) and then he's going for a big run

Dave - in his showbiz world, he will be doing a big wash

Aled - is going to see Beyonce tonight

Rachel - will be attempting a run at lunchtime, but if it rains she won't bother.

Carrie - is having a photo taken for the calendar and catching up on reality TV

Dominic - is also taking part in the photo shoot and will be watching I'm A Celebrity

Chris - has a script meeting this morning, then he's going to go home to decide whether to play Modern Warfare 2, have a sleep, go for a run or go to the pub - or possibly all four!

Dave - is looking forward to an afternoon nap, then he's cosying up at home with his dear wife and daughter

Carrie - is going up north to see her husband; they have a Moulin Rouge ball tomorrow night which will be most fun

Dom - is going out for a posh meal with some friends to celebrate his birthday

Aled - is sleeping and then he's going to the University of Hertfordshire to play some Britney megamixes

Rachel - is going back to Kidderminster for the weekend.

Chris - is going to the Royal Albert Hall to rehearse all day, then tonight he's off to host the Children In Need Rocks The Royal Albert Hall gig. It's got an amazing line-up - more details tomorrow
Dave - is doing a few little jobs and then also off to the Royal Albert Hall gig.
Dom - is doing the Odd Box today, then babysitting this evening as Nic has started playing netball again
Carrie - is being prodded by a midwife and will be having a nice chilled night tonight
Rachel - is having lots of high-powered meetings and then off to the Royal Albert Hall tonight, she will be singing along very loudly
Aled - is going to the gym to meet his trainer and then will be getting stuff ready for the weekend

Chris - is going home after a meeting to observe the 2 mins silence to big up the troops. He's then off to film Episode 3 of his TV show tonight. If he finishes early enough then he'll squeeze in a couple of beers
Dave - has a couple of meetings and that's about it
Rachel - has lots of work to do and then off to a high-powered meeting at TVC today. She'll then attempt to do some exercise
Aled - will be getting his Visa for Uganda today, then it's playlist this afternoon before going out with Surgery team tonight for dinner
Carrie - is going to have a fairly quiet day doing a bit of shopping before watching Flash Forward. Then off to baby yoga tonight
Dom - is having a boring meeting at TVC then going to watch Chris's TV show tonight with his parents and his wife

Chris - is going home for a run, then he's writing his script for the Children In Need gig on Thursday, then he's filming episode two of his new quiz show and then he's going to sleep

Dave - is looking into some satellite maintenance work

Dom - will be spending his special birthday doing special things; he'll be presenting special birthday Newsbeat bulletins, then he'll go home on the special birthday train, probably having a special birthday sleep on the way and then he'll get back to his special birthday home where his wife Nic has special birthday things planned

Carrie - will be interviewing Freddie Flintoff (listen to the show tomorrow for highlights), then she'll go home for a sleep and then she'll be catching up on Flash Forward

Aled - is in Stoke-On-Trent learning how to have a healthy diet

Rach - has lots of meetings today and then she has pilates this evening

Chris' girlfriend is away this weekend working on Strictly Come Dancing, so he has a free pass till Sunday - he'll be using it to watch Spooks, Entourage, drink a bit, and eat some things, along with a spot of running

Dave - will be celebrating the end of the week and will be watching West Ham vs. Everton on Sunday

Dom - is going to his village Bonfire Party tomorrow

Carrie - is going up north with her friends Ruth and Asa and the dogs

Rachel's wedding presents are arriving today so she'll be opening them with her husband Mally, then tomorrow she has a five hour coast walk

Aled - will be snooping backstage at Switch Live - listen from 7 on Sunday for highlights...he'll also be recording some bits for our show!

Chris - has a meeting with Kevin from Comic Relief, then he's going to his tailors to get measured for a new suit, then he's going shopping for some new clothes and then he has a script meeting for his forthcoming TV show...it's a busy day

Dave - is working on a very exciting secret project (more news to follow...)

Dom - is writing the Oddbox and then he's spending the rest of the day with his daughter Xanthe who is four years old today

Carrie - is having lunch with her husband who is randomly in London as he's filming for Strictly Come Dancing (which unfortunately features her ex-boyfriend) and then she's got her first pregnant yoga class

Aled - has a meeting at Radio 1, then playlist and then some more jabs before going out for birthday drinks

Rachel - as she was in early, she'll be leaving earlier to do a work out DVD with her friend Dana

Chris - is doing a couple of voiceovers and then off to the gym. After that he's off home and may do some cooking if he's in the mood

Dom - is making a couple of boring calls and doing boring stuff of no interest for the rest of the day

Carrie - is going to have a sleep after a late night last night. After that she might have a swim before catching up on Flash Forward and Come Dine With Me starring Roy Walker

Dave - will also be watching Come Dine With Me and then general schnizz

Aled - is having an interview with in-house Ö÷²¥´óÐã magazine Ariel. Then he's got record company appointments before going to the gym with his trainer

Rachel - is on a recce somewhere in the UK.
