Chris: has a meeting with Aled, then he'll be going to the gym, having a suit fitting for his new TV series and then learning the script for the he's recording tomorrow
Dave: will be taking his car in for a service, picking his daughter up from school and working out the best way to this without a car
Dom: will be presenting the 12:45 Newsbeat programme, attending lots of meetings and then going back home to terrorise the neighbourhood (as it's Halloween!)
Tina: is having a nap, waking up to do lots of work and then needs to sort out her road tax
Aled: has a busy week ahead so will be using today as his sleep day
Matt: has three back-to-back meetings, record company appointments, then tonight he's going out with two good mates
Chris: will be going to the gym and then chilling, illing, maxing and relaxing
Dave: has rushed off so we're not sure what he's doing this weekend
Tina: has a 10.30 hair appointment, then she's trying to figure out what to wear to a Halloween party tonight (it's a major stress)
Dom: is getting his hair cut and coloured in a different salon to Tina's, then he's up to general family stuff
Aled: is spending the weekend with his sister and her daughter, shopping and doings kids stuff
Matt: is going out with his parents for dinner tonight and then tomorrow night he's going to a Halloween house party
Chris: will be having a medical and then attending a very important meeting
Dave: will be going to lunch with his Grandma and daughter Nicole
Dom: will be doing the Odd Box and blatantly plugging his video
Tina: is having a surveyor round which is annoying, having lunch at a restaurant which sells mainly chicken and then may see Maverick Sabre tonight
Aled: will be taking his sister and niece out and around London
Matt: will be going to yoga then tonight is cooking a salmon and pasta dish for his housemates
Chris - is going to the gym, and then writing this afternoon
Dave - has a few jobs to do, then he might have a kip later, which he hasn't done in ages
Aled - has a playlist meeting this afternoon, then he's going shopping for his niece who's coming to the London for the first time at the weekend
Matt - also has playlist, then tonight he's going to cook for his sister then have a long sleep
Tina - has to go to the post office to return some parcels of clothes that she ordered, then she's going out for a Diwali dinner with her family
Dom has a bit of business to do, then he's going out for dinner with his wife Nic
Chris: is getting his haircut, doing a run-through for a new TV show and then going for a 5 mile run in his thermals
Dave: is doing another voiceover for a well-known coach programme on the telly, then he's taking his daughter swimming and then having a chicken salad for tea
Tina: has a couple of TV meetings and then she'll be doing lots of washing
Dom: is aggressively promoting his video to as many people who'd like to see him running around a wood
Aled: is also aggressively promoting his video and sleeping
Matt: has no video to aggressively promote; instead he has lots of exciting forward planning to sort out then tonight he's going for a run
Chris: is going to the gym, having suit fittings and generally getting back into work mode
Dave: is doing a voice over for a well-known coach based programme on telly
Aled: will be listening to himself on The Surgery in a 'snoop' with his production team (and probably cringing loads)
Dom: is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat and then he's recording a voiceover for Katie Price's TV show
Tina: will be catching up on emails and other work business
Matt: has a million and one things to arrange now the team are back, then this afternoon he has record company appointments
Chris - is recording another episode of Quiz Night with this morning's brilliant guest, Will Ferrell
Dave - isn't up to much to be honest
Dom - is doing a voiceover today and then he's picking up his kids from school
Tina - has lots of work stuff and telly meetings to be getting on with
Aled - is going to playlist and then tonight he's going to see the filming of Chris' TV show
Matt - has playlist and then tonight he's going to a good friend's birthday
Freya - has a meeting about another meeting discussing a meeting that's happening tomorrow
Chris - has a meeting with his two producers, then he has a script meeting for his TV show and then he has another meeting for a different project! Tonight he's staying in and having something yummy for his tea.
Dave - has assorted jobs to do and then later he's taking Nicole to swimming
Dom - will be doing general Daddy stuff this afternoon including taking his dog for a walk
Tina - is going out for lunch and then she has a TV meeting this afternoon for 'Up For Hire' on Ö÷²¥´óÐã3
Aled - is DJ'ing in Manchester
Freya - is going out for a meeting with Chris and then doing some video conferencing with our New York office (no - I lied, we don't have one, I'll just be sitting in the office)
Matt - will be going for a run tonight and then he's going over to his sister's house for dinner
