Repping hard for Norfolk and his hometown of Thetford in particular, Franko Fraize isn't your usual MC.
For Franko it's all about the reality of his surroundings and being honest about his life rather than glorifying violence and money. As he says himself: "You don't have to be hard or have a gangster image to make rap music."

Hello! It's Huw here, back from the Netherlands! I was at the , which every year hosts European bands eager to play live. A lot of festival bookers go to Eurosonic to see who they could have playing at their festivals in the summer. Some of your favourite new bands like Theme Park, Dog Is Dead, Spector and Niki & The Dove were there; as well as new names like Sun Glitters from Luxemburg, Vadoinmessico from Italy/London, School Is Cool from Belgium, and everyone's favourite astro-sludge duo, Baconhead.
Representing 主播大秀 Introducing and Radio 1 at Eurosonic this year were Rams' Pocket Radio, picked by 主播大秀 Introducing in Northern Ireland. Pete played听two tracks on my Radio 1 show, which was live from the festival on Saturday afternoon - here's One Plus Two.

RAMS'听Pocket Radio听is Peter McCauley, a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Lisburn in Northern Ireland. Perhaps the world's first musical project to be named after a German industrial designer (, often considered the key inspiration behind the iPod), Pete and his mates are also old Introducing favourites, having played our stage at Glastonbury last year.
According to our very own Tom Robinson,听RAMS are "about to scare the ** out of every other piano based band on the planet". Tom's not normally one for the blue language so you can听tell he's pretty impressed.

Using the word epic to describe yourself immediately puts some pressure on your music to live up to the claim, but after releasing their self-titled EP in 2010, parts of the online music community appeared to agree.
鈥淚f you like the idea of a less self-conscious and more approachable version of post-rock, this could well be your favourite new Scottish band.鈥 听The way Scotland bloggers听 put it.
Taking inspiration from the likes of The National, Arcade Fire, M83 and Band of Horses, and with their similar brand of slow building atmospheric crowd pleasers, you could see these guys aiming for the big festival sunset moments of the future.听They've already built up a bit of a reputation as a big hitting original live act, and with a growing back catalogue of tracks to back this up, why shouldn't they be aiming for The Pyramid Stage!听
