Excellent report, Padre. I have nothing but respect and admiration for what you are doing. May I ask, do you ever work with the Iraqi population? Let's not forget that it's not only British servicemen dying out there, and that every death is just as tragic and wasteful.

Your doing a wonderful job Dave. Keep up the good work. Great to hear that God can be brought alive to our service men and women in a place like Iraq and among so much heartache. We are proud of you.

Thanks for that David, really good to get your perspective on the situation out there. Particularly glad that you are inspiring hearts and keeping spirits up out there. It is so essential. All of the padres out there should be reminded that they are very much "lights in a dark place"

Hi David

We are members of St James and are really moved by the way that the Lord is using you in such difficult circumstances. It is really helpful to have such regular updates and to hear about the different ideas that you are introducing. I trust that your family is continuing to be strengthened by friends and the Lord's presence. they will certainly be overjoyed when you are able to be back with them full time.

We continue to pray for safety in the remainder of the time you are serving in Iraq and look forward to hearing you when you next come to preach at St James.

May the Lord bless you richly as you continue his work and pray for an emergence of peace in that troubled land

Best wishes in Jesus

Chris and Val Hart
