The iPM Blue Peter Rip Off Advent Crown
Because we know the national countdown to the election is reaching fever pitch, we thought an advent crown was needed.
We'll hang election manifestos, pledge cards, rosettes, effigies and [insert your suggestion] to count off each week to the election.
Blue Peter's Janet Ellis makes our special advent crown (see below). She immediately knew what to do when we presented her with coathangers, pipecleaners and tinsel. She's a pro.
And now you can make yours at home. You'll need: 
* wire coathangers (x 4)
* a handful of pipecleaners
* 3 or 4 lengths of tinsel (preferably in political party colours)
Then follow the instructions on the Blue Peter website (it's a PDF file)
Ta-dah...
What if they don't call the election? Then it'll be Plan B - suggestions welcome.
