Prosecutions for waterboarding?

The suggestion from Barack Obama's nominee for Attorney General Eric Holder that will add fuel to the fire of the effort to prosecute Bush officials.

There is little doubt that the practice has been considered torture by previous American administrations and . So what now?

Meanwhile, is well worth reading. I would add that the relationship with China - which could have gone horribly wrong - was generally well handled by the Bush team...
