Apres le deluge

Mark Devenport | 11:05 UK time, Tuesday, 22 January 2008

The roads minister Conor Murphy opened up today's Stormont proceedings punctually with a briefing on a recent north-south transport meeting. Lucky he wasn't first up yesterday as he was stuck on the flooded roads around Banbridge. When you are stuck on the roads and you are the roads minister, who do you complain to?

This is a good blog comment Mark. Who will he complain to? I wrote a letter to Mr Murphy as DRD executive minister to seek his views on several issues. Apparently it is procedure for it to be passed on to the department like Road Service for a comment. I am still waiting a response. Mark can you explain to me and others if you want to know a Ministers opinion how do you get it? It seems that by writing a letter to the individual minister I as a tax payer can not get a response.
