Could bison be on the menu?

A local businessman plans to at his farm near Corwen, Denbighshire. Their meat is said to be lower in cholesterol and fat than fish and chicken, which, in these health conscious times, has to be a selling point. A far cry from the school dinners of 30 years ago when 'cheese pie' was the most exotic thing on the menu and is fondly remembered to this day!
