Apparently we're a unfit bunch in Flintshire and Wrexham. So much so that we've been given a share of a £2.6m pot of money to encourage us to get out more to get in shape.
According to , a new project will encourage the less energetic to increase their recreational use of the natural environment such as parks and the countryside.
Do you think they'd give me my share of the pot in cash so I could up my gym membership to include using the sauna? Probably not...
