Another Wenglish entry as dwi'n dysgu Cymraeg [I'm learning Welsh]

Dwi'n gweld bod gwaith wedi dechrau ar y maes yn Yr Wyddgrug yn paratoi am yr Eisteddfod Genedlaethol ym mis Awst. [I see that work has started on the field in Mold in readiness for the National Eisteddfod in August]

The Eisteddfod trucks are on site and so are workmen laying a white stone path along the farmer's field just off A494 Mold Bypass and across the road from the Evening Leader Newspaper offices.

Seeing the work means time's getting on if I am to succeed with my personal challenge:

Dwi eisiau medru siarad yng Nghymraeg ar y maes yn ystod fy eisteddfod gyntaf. [I want to be able to speak Welsh on the park during this my first eisteddfod]. It's nothing life shattering, I know, but it's about feeling comfortable and confident to speak Welsh away from the safety blanket or water wings that I call my dosbarth Cymraeg [Welsh class]. Gulp!
