What do you think of the migrants welcome pack?

Immigrants should be told not to touch people without permission, spit in the street or play loud music, has said. Ms Blears proposed that councils issue welcome packs to migrants explaining UK customs, including advice on queuing.
It seems to me that some locals could heed the advice too, don't you think?
The idea comes as Ö÷²¥´óÐã Wales' from says a report produced for the Welsh Assembly Government found that migrant workers are not keeping Welsh people out of jobs.
