Abolish the news coverage of slavery?

It's Madeleine presenting the show again today.
It's a sunny day in London and we've got a spring in our steps, but we've got some big topics to discuss on today's programme.
1) Alan Johnston
Today marks fifteen days since Ö÷²¥´óÐã Gaza correspondent Alan Johnston disappeared in the territory. We've been receiving plenty of emails of support for Alan, and plenty of criticism of the people who may be holding him. We'll speak to some journalists in Gaza about how they're viewing his disappearance also.
2) Slavery. Is it time to move on?
Britain has had literally hundreds of events over the past week to mark 200 years since the abolition of the slave trade here, but the Ö÷²¥´óÐã has received hundreds of messages saying there's been too much made of it. The questions about whether reparations should be paid to the descendents of slaves is also a hot topic. So what do you think? Is it time to move on?

3) David Hicks
The so-called "Australian Taleban" has pleaded guilty in a special military tribunal to providing material support for terrorism. He's the first person being held in Guantanamo to be charged at the tribunal. But do you trust the system there? Can the guilty pleas of Hicks and other detainees such as 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed be trusted? If you're keen to talk on this let us know and we'll squeeze it in.
