ARE YOU SCARED OF AL-QAEDA?
Al-Qaeda is rarely out of the news for one reason and another. Just today I was listening to the radio over breakfast and the headlines included a promise of a , four men being of planning to attack London,marking a year since the attacks on the train system in Mumbai, and Islamic militants . Two days ago a Jihadist website posted a claim from al-Qaeda that weapons are in place in Libya and ready to be used. I could go on.

Last week we discussed what, if anything, would persuade Islamic militants to stop fighting. Today, we are going to look at the effect of their campaigns around the world. Do they scare you? Have they changed your life in anyway? Or do you see them as a small group of men who, while dangerous, will only ever truly threaten a very small number of us.

DO YOU DRINK BOTTLED WATER? ARE YOU READY TO STOP?

New York's trying and not bother with the bottled variety. Paris has marketed its tap water as 'Eau de Paris' for some time. In the UK, Liverpool City Council has removed all water coolers and is telling its employees to turn on the tap when they get thirsty.

There are lots of reasons - most environmental. The electricity, the transportation and the packaging involved in bottled water make them unhealthy for our planet say those unconvinced by the need for water that comes with a label.

Do you buy bottled water? If so, why? And will you consider stopping it?

I remember during our Africa trip lots of you telling us that you have to buy bottled water because the tap water is too contaminated to drink. I'd be interested to hear your perspective on this.

Also, I don't know about you but the quality of tap water varies a lot in the UK. I'm from Cornwall where tap water is akin to drinking from a swimming pool, but I've family in the north-east where I'd almost pay for tap water it's so good. Eau de Londre is somewhere in between.

Right I’m off to get a drink from the, er, water cooler. It could be my last if the tap water lobby win the day on the show.
