I Just Can't Help Believing *.

If you're a keen listener ( and i hope you all are ) you'll have noticed we've left the studio this week. We did a programme from Heathrow on Monday (sample e-mail response ; "we only usually have to put up with people shouting at each other on your programme , now i have to listen to planes taking off too " ), and i though that maybe we should try to do every day at a different venue.
Tuesday was Green Street (and yes, as it happens, it is conveniently close to West Ham's ground ), where we discussed partition, and yesterday we were in Chinatown to talk about Chinese goods and consumer demands for everything cheap.
Now it's Thursday and there are a few possibles : Paul is very keen to respond to some of your e-mails and look at black role models. James (or "rageboy" as he's known in the office) wants to do the story that many of you have suggested which is to look at who leads the Muslim world.
One or two have suggested we mark the thirtieth anniversary of by say, presenting from a record shop (do they still exist ?) or the London landmark " (*my favourite Elvis track )
Where else ? The stock exchange in the light of the ?
The Zimbabwe tourist office is just around the corner from us _ would they let us broadcast from there to talk about the latest summit on ? I doubt it.
