Every photo that is submitted to The Big Picture website on Thursday, 8 May, will be in with a chance of appearing on giant billboards across the region.

All you need to do is add your photograph of the West Midlands to the Big Picture website and it will automatically be entered into the competition. Eight winners will be selected and the winning images will be made into billboards at the beginning of June.

You can submit your photograph via The Big Picture website or via your mobile phone.

How to enter

You need to upload your photos to the Big Picture site or text them with BIGPIC first in the text body to 60300.

All photos submitted on Big Picture Day are automatically entered, but don鈥檛 forget to leave your email address with uploaded photos, so that you can be contacted.

Please also say where you live, as winners will be chosen from different areas of the West Midlands.

To add a photo by MMS send it with BIGPIC in the text of your message to 60300.

You can add a title if your phone gives you a Subject: field, and tell a story behind the photo in the text of your message (even leave your name). Texts cost your network operator鈥檚 standard rate. The Big Picture may in use your number to send you free information about The Big Picture project - you can text STOP to 60300 to stop those messages.
