...about as up-to-date as yesterday's cold coffee. Some butts need to be kicked; especially after the article flagged 'the return of Owen'. I got all excited (ooh!) until I realised it referred to, er, the return of Owen from silent to speaking character in 2004, long before the Kathy affair. As I said, butts need to be kicked

Lilian, every article in Backstage News contains a date near the top. When they are first written a link to the article appears on the main TA webpage and stays there for a period of 1-2 weeks. Backstage News is an archive of these articles and I suggest you take note of the date when reading them. Hope this helps.

I'm with Lilian on this - there hasn't been anything new for AGES! Not even an update on Tamsin Greig, who I think is brill in all she does.

Hardly fair. There was a new piece on Thursday about this very message board, and before that on 6 Oct about the new Who's Who in The Archers book. And there'll be a new article next Thursday as well. -

Beg pardon Mr K, and as a newbie, I don't wish to start on the wrong foot, but if you look on the Backstage News menu page, there's been no new features on the cast or storylines for yonks. The messageboard, if I may venture, isn't really BACKSTAGE backstage(sorry, there doesn't seem to be italics anywhere!), if you see what I mean.
