Ding! Ding! The Weekend has started

  Well it has here at The Longboat.
  I've been mooching around Mustardland all day, feeling on the verge of being bored. Not something that happens often, but it's too cold to sit outside, I've gardened everything, been shopping, done some artwork, stuck dinner for one in the oven....tuna and lime fishcakes, mixed salad and homemade granary croutons, and I've just poured a glass of Marlborough.
  
  My lovely Viking husband is on his way to Copenhagen to see AC/DC play tonight. (oh come on, surely someone has heard of them?) One of the things on his life's wish list as a present from his big bro who's going with him. I warned....you're 40 now, be aware of old geezer in dodgy T-shirt syndrome. He ignored me and said I'm jellus.
  
  I'm not. I do miss him though. He's away until the early hours of Monday and left yesterday. He works away such a lot now, Manchester, Plymouth, Dublin, Luton (eeurgh) but thereyago.
  
  Sigh. What did I do before I could whittle on and on and chat about all sorts of stuff online?

  Hello Lilo
  Just wanted your post not to be lonely - or you either.
  Me, drowning in teenagers and condemned to watch the Transformers movie tomorrow evening ... after making pizza and so on.
  Ring my Mum on Sunday as ever. Do the ironing. One or two more boxes of books to Oxfam. Oh the excitement!
  But if the sun shines will also drink good coffee on my back step and wine when the moon rises.
  And some nice things to look forward to this week -- friends, music, books --
