Better in the Bull?
Nooooooooooo. You are not alooooone, Eureka. I am heeeeere.
Boo!
I've been watching this for ages patiently waiting for something to happen. The best laugh I ever had was when my friend told me that one of 'them' (in the title you mention .......) came over all funny as a spirit from centuries ago and he was asked his age - so he said it (whatever it was) and then he was asked what year he was born ... and apparently the time it took him to calculate (through narrowed eyes and concentrated look) was worth seeing.
Anyhoo, are you a believer, Eureka?

P.S. Hello April! Good to see you.
I'm in Germany, so I've never seen this.....from what I've heard from "respectable" paranormal circles, it's not to be taken at all seriously (which doesn't mean you can't enjoy it's entertainment value....just don't take it as in any way representative of "Serious Stuff"

So do we think that Cath will survive the night?
I think it should be on Radio 4, it's far funnier than most of the 'comedies'!

I actually find myself feeling quite protective with regards to Kath... Not sure why, exactly.. ...I feel better about posting this thread, after watching Ghost in the Machine, on iPlayer, and seeing that both Mark Gatiss, and Derron Brown, have enjoyed it. I thought I was... Well, I dont think the pleasure is any way guilty now...

Cripes! My spelling is awful - I do alopogize...
Is there anybody there??
Knock once for yes
knock twice for no.
really heard on Most Haunted.
and the time when Yvette Fielding took her companions into a room with wonky floorboards and rolled marbles to the ghost child who playfull rolled them back.
I cracked up with laughter.
Hello Eureka (big huggles back atcha!) So do you believe in ghosts an' all then? I've had a few spooky experiences and I'd like to believe, I really would, but I'm guessing it's like everything else in life (or beyond) and ain't what it seems. Have you read the other threads about unexplained happenings in the VH? It's a bit far back but I'll try to find it for you - hold on ....
Here y'are, Eureka. My post's 100 (I think) but it really did happen. I'd dearly love to believe there was something else out there but I s'pose we'll never ever really know for sure. Anyway, here's the link ...
Some very interesting stories here.
Did anyone by chance do the 8 day ghostathon of Most Haunted, leading up to Halloween? On Virgin tv.
I didn't, but I did last night's marathon.
It was so disappointing. Beyond stupid into the realms of well, I don't think there is a word for what it was.
(That you can write down here.)
Didn't anyone see the witch shaped shadow on the wall in whichever room the web cam was.
A typical symbolic conical witches hat with a large chin below and a 'broomstick' shape over the shoulder.
I thought it was very clever just as the presenter was saying a call from 'whoever' can see a witch in the corner.
me? cynical?
Did you appreciate the highly simplified, work in progress ouija machine?
It didn't work.
Mmm, surprise eh?
(Expect to see them in the shops, for C-word.)
Didn't work.. well it was the way the wires were attached to the glass, it needs plasticine for the best connection.
