I have one of these and am now on day 78 of my exercise regime! I'm not losing much weight but I do feel better and fitter ... and my weight isn't rising, at least.
Anyone else use one of these things? It's the only thing thus far that has managed to motivate me to move my @rse - I do yoga, muscle exercises, step and kung fu. I think the variety keeps me going ...
So - Wii-fitters ... want to share Wii-fit tips?

I'm ashamed to admit that although we have a Wii Fit, I've never used it. (I prefer to go swimming, rather than to a gym). YD and friends have used it a fair bit, to the detriment of our light fittings!

Well, I'd like to swim too, but am a long way from a swimming pool. Near the sea, and am about to start my summer swimming (tides have been wrong the last week).
At least with the Wii there's no excuse. Just gotta do it! And it's quite enjoyable!

I was very good at first but sadly have not bothered lately......78 days is good though!

Not so well done Am ... Have been so busy today that I haven't done my exercises. And now ... well, it's aperitif time and then dinner time so ...
I keep meaning to do it first thing in the morning but I like my bed too much. Actually I like my bed too much at both ends of the day!
