I've just started taking these from an independent supplier - no bees were harmed in the making apparently!
They both taste absolutely vile but I shall persevere - anyone else had any experience of these products?
Hello Mum's,
Don't think we've 'spoken' directly before.
I've no direct personal experience but have been curious. What are you hoping the taking of them will do for you?
Liz

Hi ThisLizzie,
All manner of wonderful benefits are promised. Aid to depression, great for skin care, immunity booster, memory aid (boy do I need that one).
I'm taking the raw unprocessed RJ which has to be kept in the fridge. It's quite disgusting in taste so on that basis must be doing me good eh! Early days yet but do feel sort of lifted in spirit (sorry only way I can describe it).
Propolis is supposed to be anti-viral and again immune booster.
Warnings emphasise not to be taken by asthmatics or anyone with allergy issues.

Propolis also great for skin infections, yeast infections, etc. If you try either would be interesting to compare notes ThisLizzie.

I've some propolis in the freezer (straight from the hive) but no idea what to do with it. How do you ingest/prepare it?

No idea, Orsen, but if you ring these very friendly and helpful people I'm sure they'll advise.
