I'm having a double v vein operation soon. Its the conventional sort, cut in groin, bandages etc.
I do yoga a lot, so I know lots of possible exercises. The leaflet just says walk, and you CAN go to the gym, but it doesnt say what you can do re other exercise there, apart from bouts of walking of course. Any relevant suggestions based on experience? I can get a taxi there and it will be good to get out.
bump...
