I couldn't find the original in My Discussions -it's about time I had a clear out.

i just wanted to mention a new anti-d that I got my GP to prescribe because it had been triaaled on people with ME and had good results.

The generic name is duloxetine. I've been on a very low dose for four weeks and it's nothing short of miraculous. I can now walk short distances without a stick (still need the wheelchair for most outings though) and no longer suffer with brain fog 80% of the time. Far less fatigue generally.

I hope fellow sufferers are OK or at least coping. I feel as if I can genuinely think about being "normal" again.

Thanks Sheena. Well done for finding the original thread.

I've had some unrelatedhealth issues lately as well. Not sure whether I'd have coped so well if it hadn't been for the 'wonder drug'!
