The passing of John Cushnie was anounced on New Year's Day. I loved his cheerful, knowledgeable, sharp comments given regularly every Sunday on Gardners Question Time on Radio 4. I, for one, will miss him. Maggie

I too will miss his knowledge, cheerfully given on GQT together with his self-deprecating wit and sense of humour. Sincere sympathy to his family, friends and colleagues.
Just a "trowels-up" to let you know, there is a GQT tribute to JC on radio 4 at 3:00 pm on Friday 15th January.
