Following on from all the comment on Sarah Raven's programmes, and how to replicate the displays, I had an absolutely fantastic display of annuals last year when i needed to fill a bed with colour, but didn't have time to put plants in carefully. While they were not all 'wild' flowers, they were much admired, and the flowers were alive with insects, but as they are annuals, it is a one-year show only.
Am not sure if I'm allowed to give a name , but its Pictorialmeadows.co.uk. They sell various mixes, including perennials, and seed in small quantities as well as 'trade' volumes.
