Jiří Bělohlávek, magnificent interpreter of music from his native Czech Republic, directs Dvořák’s epic Requiem.

Tonight placing the highly acclaimed Ö÷²¥´óÐã Symphony Chorus centre-stage, Dvořák’s Requiem was first heard in Birmingham in 1891 at the composer’s creative peak, and contains some of the composer’s most powerful as well as most tender music.
