A native of Little Chalfont in Buckinghamshire and now resident of London town, we鈥檙e expecting this one man music box to cause a great deal of excitement on and around Austin鈥檚 Sixth Street.
His pursuit of creativity and musicianship began ten years ago with multiple first attempts to pick up and play anything he could find, taking influence from any records being spun in his family home. At the age of 17 his music reached us for the first time via the Uploader and ever since his sound has evolved and developed through acoustic led songs, to mesmerizing sonic compositions, unique in their bending of style and genre. 主播大秀 Introducing in Beds, Herts and Bucks started supporting Jack early on and have championed his music to anyone who will listen.
2014 was a breakthrough year, with his music reaching new audiences around the UK. National radio plays from Zane Lowe and the self-released Remnants EP led to sold out shows and extensive coverage in blogs and the press. He rounded off the summer with a remarkable performance on the 主播大秀 Introducing stage at Reading & Leeds. Taking to the stage alone, he manages to multitask with effortless rhythm, technique and sensitivity. Sonically his live performances producer a sound far greater than one person should be able to achieve. Bass heavy grooves are set against heartfelt melodies, a combination that will no doubt have a huge impact at SXSW.
