Formation – a dynamic, genre-defying duo hailing from South London – consists of twin brothers Matt and Will Ritson. Blending the old with the new, Formation are influenced by a diverse range of music, from House and Northern Soul to Philadelphia Disco and Electronica.
Their tracks were quickly picked up and supported by Ö÷²¥´óÐã Introducing's team in London when they first submitted their music in December 2014. Following airplay from Zane Lowe on Radio 1, Formation caught the attention of tastemakers such as Annie Mac, Huw Stephens and Phil Taggart, and the group’s most recent EP ‘Young Ones’ has further raised their profile.
Formation will be gracing the Ö÷²¥´óÐã Introducing stage in Norwich with their cowbell-infused live show fresh from gigs around Europe.
